Living in information society Information is considered to be the most valuable resource of the 21.th century. Existances of states, corporations and individuals depend on information and its protection. Or like German topmanager Mr. Edzard Reuter put it into words: if several experts are right, information will become a strategic resource, whitout which states and national economies will lose the ability to govern and eventually to exist.
